1. Who we are
Around the World Holidays Ltd ("we", "us") is a private limited company registered in England & Wales — Company No. 16997352 — with registered office at 4th Floor, 205 Regent Street, London W1B 4HB. We operate sister entities in Canada (Around the World Holidays Ltd, BC Incorporation No. BC1591483, 8031 Yukon Street, Vancouver BC V5X 2Y8) and the United States (Around the World Holidays LLC, Wyoming Filing ID 2026-001981561, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801). We are an ATOL-bonded travel agent (administered by the UK Civil Aviation Authority) and an accredited IATA agent. Calls may be recorded for training and quality.
2. The contract
These Terms & Conditions apply to every booking you make with us via www.aroundtheworldltd.com, by phone (020 4615 4042), email (info@aroundtheworldltd.com / bookings@aroundtheworldltd.com), WhatsApp (+44 20 4615 4042) or in person. The contract is formed when we issue a written booking confirmation (email).
3. Payment methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna (split into 3), PayPal, and Bank Transfer (Wise / Faster Payments). Card payments are processed through Stripe and Worldpay (3-D Secure, PCI-DSS Level 1). You may pay in GBP, USD, CAD or PKR; the final charge is taken in the currency confirmed at checkout. Bank transfer details are issued on the booking confirmation invoice.
4. Fully-refundable window — before ticket issuance
Every booking we take is held on a "ticket-on-confirmation" basis. Until we physically issue your e-ticket, hotel voucher or cruise document, your booking is 100% refundable: you may cancel by phone, email or WhatsApp and we will refund every penny you have paid us — no admin fee, no questions. Once the e-ticket or voucher is issued (which only happens with your explicit written consent), normal supplier cancellation rules apply (these vary by airline / hotel / cruise line and are quoted in writing before issuance). We will always confirm the issuance window with you before charging your card.
5. Pricing & best-price promise
Prices displayed on the website are live estimates. The final price is confirmed in writing on your booking confirmation. If you find an identical itinerary cheaper elsewhere within 24 hours, send us a screenshot — we will match or beat it.
6. Cancellations & amendments after ticket issuance
Once tickets are issued, the cancellation policy of the underlying airline / hotel / cruise applies. Most economy fares are non-refundable, business / first class fares are partially refundable, and most hotel rooms allow free cancellation up to 24-72 hours before arrival. Where any refund is owed by the supplier, we will recover and remit it to you within 30 working days of supplier settlement, less an admin fee of £25 per passenger.
7. Passports, visas & health
Travellers are responsible for valid passports (6 months remaining beyond return date), visas, and any health/vaccination certificates required by destination or transit countries. Our visa desk can apply on your behalf — fees published on /visa-services. We accept no liability for refused entry due to invalid documents.
8. Financial protection
Package holidays sold on this site are ATOL protected (ATOL number issued on confirmation). Air-only sales are protected by IATA's billing & settlement plan. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, your money is safe.
9. Office hours
Specialists are available Monday-Saturday 09:00-17:00 (UK time) on 020 4615 4042. Outside these hours, ELSA — our AI concierge — can answer most queries instantly; live agents respond by 09:00 the next working day for non-emergencies, and 24/7 for in-trip emergencies via the number printed on your e-ticket.
10. Liability
Our liability for any single booking is limited to twice the cost of that booking. We are not liable for loss/delay caused by suppliers, force majeure (weather, war, strike, pandemic) or events outside our reasonable control. Standard ABTA arbitration applies.
11. Data & privacy
We process your personal data in line with UK GDPR. Full Privacy Notice at /privacy. You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@aroundtheworldltd.com.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts unless you reside in Scotland, Northern Ireland, Canada, or the USA, in which case local courts will have jurisdiction.
